DVD players with VGA output
I am beginning to see DVD players with a VGA output on places like eBuyer. I assume that these will feed a monitor, without any need for a TV. As I don't own a TV, this sounds like a good way of avoiding using a PC to watch the occasional DVD. But, hard as look, I cannot find any details of the Umax machine I have seen. Nothing to tell me about the VGA resolution it will deliver. Anyone familiar with these toys? Can they feed a widescreen monitor, with 1680*1050? MK |

MK DVD is only 720 ox 576 Hd being twice that so the image will be polarated. That's a big monitor you have there |

My Samsung 17-inch does 1280X1024. MK |
