Remember PQ Drive Image?

I'm trying to get email notification to work but the test email fails with
unable to contact SMTP server.

I assume it's a firewall issue but need to know which bit of DI sends the
message. Is it the Agent, Server or Console or ?

Which bit do I tell Norton to allow to access the internet?

Anyhow, you don't tell Norton Firewall anything, you simply uninstall
it and get a different firewall. NF is the most troublesome firewall out
there. And it still suffers from excessive drain on system resources
whatever you may have read or heard about them having fixed it -- they
haven't.
