you in touch with someone. My expertise is mainly computers
and electronics so I dount I can help you with your mental
problems.
Apart from anything else you are asking in the wrong group

I have never had reason to modify my bios settings, not many people
do it pretty obvious to anyone with a brain that a problem is not
going to suddenly appear in the bios unless a knobend lilke you has been
fooking around with it.
I wipe my own arse, some of us can look after their own
personal hygine you know ( well maybe you dont?).
And I am twice as clever as yu could ever hope to be.

Thanks if I want any computing advice from a drug addict I will ask
the Big Issue seller outside the local store, he seems to be a
permanent fixture there. He probably knows a lot more about them too.

Completely incorrect.

A board is set to defaults that deal with worst-case scenarios, or more
accurately, settings which the manufacturer feel will keep RMAs to a
minimum. The default settings are in no way meant to be used for *every*
system, just as every motherboard doesn't have same components nor OS
running on the system.
