OT Has anyone updated SATnav by computer please

my son keeps trying to d/l an update for his Garmin satnav. however
burning to a cd is a problem, as they say he must create a directory
, presumably on the 'iso before burning to cd .wondered if anyone
could offer advice' if poss.

I'm not sure what's going on. I had a Garman GPS. I know they
are/were trying to protect their software. Maybe it has something
to do with that. The GPS group(s) might be able to decipher his
problem.

Look at ISOBUSTER.COM, a nice program to handle/modify
iso images.
