Default Memorty upgarde on EasyNote M5 notebook

Folks,

I am attempting to do this.
Apparently the mem chips sit under the keyboard, but I simply cannot remove
this.

There does not seem to be any obvious way of removing the keybord. A diagram
on the packard-bell support site says to prise it off, using a flat-headed
scredwiver if necessary. I tried this but am loathe to exert too much
pressure in case I break something.

There is a small slot on the LHS of the machine with the letter "k" and a
lock symbol on it but inserting a scrwfriver here doesnt seem to help.

Has any one upgraded memory on an EasyNote?
How did you do it?
How pressure and where do you have to put on the keybaord to dislodge it?
Is there a trick?

TIA -Adam
