Default dell whats going on

ive used dell for business PCs cos they are easy to get on lease and
reasonably cheap

however i ordered 2 machines in july, took them so long to sort the leasing
out that i cancelled the order, knowing that i could place another order and
the leasing set up would be easier, cos they have all my details

however, now they are out of 15'' tft screens, the spec of the machines 2-3
months later hasnt improved, they have no pentium 3ghz machines, and it
hard to find a laptop with a pentium 2ghx processor without paying masses
for an upgrade

i've also noticed in recent month that add call out support as standard on
the options for the machines, removing this can reduce the price of some
machines by up to £200, that usefull

anywhere else i can order PCs online, with a leasing option, with good spec
and price?
rather not go through a retailer, i know PC world, inmac, do leasing, no
doubts other do

There is a shortage of 15" panels at the moment (and the price of them has
shot up), 17" is now much better value.
