Default Kompletts crappy 'new system'....

Anybody here know when the following 'features' will be enabled:

Change notifications for order confirmations etc.
Change e-mail address or password
Change account billing address
Manage account address book

At the moment they're useless. Phone Komplett and the refuse to update any
of your info because "it would be silly during a database update." The
'couple of days' to get these features working has long since expired and
the situation remains the same.

I'm changing my email address on all vendor accounts so I can switch off my
old one (part of an anti-spam strategy). I'm also changing my passwords on
all vendor accounts for security reasons. I'm amazed at how many companies
cannot provide such basic functionality. Even when such a feature is
provided it doesn't work at many places. Ridiculous.

Royal Mail don't even allow their customers to update their email address
for security reasons. Bizarre. If you don't pay your domain bill, your
domain could return to the available spool of names, somebody else could
register it, intercept all incoming mail and take a look at all your
private data on sites like Komplett and Royal Mail, etc. Close your
account with some ISPs and they'll make your email alias available to
somebody else in three to six months. So the same situation could apply.

Time some of these companies got their arses into gear and ensured such
information can *always* be changed in the name of security.

Can't do returns online any more, you have to e-mail and request a number.
They moved to a UK address four months ago and appear to have no intention
of restoring their website to the standard that the Scandic operation
operated it at.
