which card for best 2-D dual monitor
I'm a graphic designer and don't do any 3-d or gaming work. My XP system
currently has an NVidia MX2/400 w/64mg RAM. It's been fine for my needs until now. I just got an LCD panel and am trying to run dual montiors. The card supports this. However, the drivers for managing dual monitor as so funky that a lot of the features I set don't work properly (like having dialog boxes center on primary screen not span them). I've been told that running in span and clone is my problem however, that's the only option I have otherwise it's back to single monitor. SOOOO...I know Matrox has the best 2D cards. I'm wondering which card(s) I should be considering and how the dual-monitor features are? Thanks, Sheila |
