MicroDirect Returns - any experiences?
I have faulty PC case and have filled out RMA. Nothing said
about arrangements. Do I have to pay the cost of shipping? Wait for replacement??? Best Wishes GaZman NOTE: Remove "trousers" when replying!

Best Wishes GaZman What does your warranty say?. Dell etc have a collect and return or onsite warranty. I dont know what microdirect offer. You may end up having to pay for the postage, ouch!
