Default Suspected problem with Scan order delivery?

Hi there,

I have ordered a pc case from Scan, and just received notification that
the order has been despatched. The only thing is that it says there are
two packages in the consignment.

I have e-mailed Scan to let them know I think there may be an error with
the order, but what I was wondering was what I should do when the
parcel(s) turn up? Should I just refuse the delivery (or part of it), or
accept it then contact Scan for a return? Is a courier likely to let me
accept one parcel and reject the other?

Cheers,

Chris.

Not your problem, you worry to much. wait and see what turns up and take it
from there.
It maybe a freebie they've shipped with it, some old software etc which they
sometimes give out.
Personally i wouldn't touch Scam with a bargepole
