HELP! Need recommendation: 8-port VKM switch w/perfect video

I have just been deceived with an 8-port KVM switch I bought on eBay.
Not a brand name so my fault I guess. It claimed to be good up to 250
MHz and 1920x1440, but fails miserably with blury graphics at
1600x1280. GRRRRRRRRR.

Are you using one that you run at 1600x1280 with video quality as good
as a direct cable? What is it???

My 4-port KTC is so great I can't tell wether the video is direct or
going through it. And I am picky! So I know it is possible.

Please help!

PS. Anybody using a Dell 71PXP/Apex 180ES at 1600x1280?
