Default Phoenix bios settings

I got a new computer recently with a Phoenix bios and most of the settings
have been hidden. For instance I can't even turn NumLock off during boot.
I seem to remember that there was a program that would give access to AMI
bios settings, and I wonder if something similar exists for Phoenix?
