I have this chip running at 2180Mhz at 45c, With no problems yet.
How much harder can I push it?

2.3-2.5ghz @ 1.8-1.85v depending on cooling/memory/mobo

Running at 2.4gig coooooooooooooool
Was going to upgrade but dont think I will now.
I have just changed the cooler to a CAK4-88T and now running at 44c full
load

You will have a hard time pushing your fsb further with that multiplier.
So you need to unlock the lower bit for lower multipliers and higher fsb.
This is because the pci busses are pushed beyond their limits now.
From 152 fsb or some higher a divider takes care of pci speeds.
You also need higher voltage as mentioned in other reply.
You could try lower multipliers because on some boards
the 8x is also 16x and 8,5x =16,5x and so on.
I can set 9x in bios to get 17x fsb in realtime.Then i also need 1.725vcore
or even higher.
So ultimately you can go for 8x=16x 140fsb in your mainboard bios for
example.
Best is still to unlock the lower multipliers on your cpu to run at 166fsb
or even 200fsb.
