HP Laserjet 3000DN - jamming in print que
Hi Guys,
I sure hope someone can come up with some good suggestions here. We have got a LaserJet 3000DN which is connected to a router and to 3 Windows XP PC's in our workgroup. Most things print fine but occasionally jubs get stuck in the print que...the jobs cn be generated by virutally any peice of software that we print from - there is no pattern. Whats even more annoying is that we cant delete the jobs. Re starting the spooler doesnt help. We end up having to reboot the computer to clear the print job. Being able to delete the stuck jobs would be nice, but what would be even better would them not getting stuck in the firrst place. We are using the HP PCL6 driver, and someone suggested using a postscript driver. Any other ideas gratefully received. -Al PS: I considered it could be a software firewall problem, but shouldnt that then affect all jobs? |
