Conclusion: avoid micro direct (www.microdirect.co.uk), they are just plain
dishonest and cow boys! It is not worth taking the risk of loosing several
hundred pounds, to save a few.

Thieving lying scumbags robbed me a few years back and never dealt with
them since..

Under £30 so not worth chasing

And of course they would know this ................... so say £30 per
a few thousand customers .... nice little earner

Keep on fighting till they pay up !!!!!

The supplier is liable for whatever their courier does.

I have no problems with refunds with my CC co. I had two deals go sour this
year, provided all the correspondance betweem myself and the company (or
rather the lack of response) and had refunds with no problems.

it's not a good year for me for CC problems however. Not only have I had 2
dicky transactions but I also had to have a new card because somebody
started using my CC number for online betting. I really don't see why as the
proceeds would have gone straight into my card with no gain for the scumbag
involved. All it means is I have to change card details held by various
companies. It does give me an opportunity to cancel some continual
transactions I've been somewhat lazy about cancelling though.
