Help Please - How do you identify USB 2.0 Headers ?
How do you tell that a header / backplate is USB 2.0 if the Hi-Speed
logo is not present. I have some headers (GIGABYTE P/N 12CR1-1UB020-02) (FOXCONN P/N CU08C01S10-C48)that have a trident style logo on them. They also have a black plastic pinout block with the k7asa wiring. |

Hi,
They sould work just fine the header is just a connector nothing else. All the USB 2.0 stuff is done in the USB contoller on the motherboard. It will be the same connector headings as the USB 1. There are some execptions though. But the header you have should work just fine. |
