Default cpu frequnecy and fid jumpers and etc (bis)

hi
i already try to post a message but...
so
I've got a an amd duron 1600Mhz
but at the boot ,the bios print '1200Mhz'
my motherboard is a asrock k7vm4
i find on the manual in jumper section a solution but i don't understand all
(external frequency?)
can someone help me?
ps: scuse for my english

Hi,

Duron 1600 runs at 133MHz external front side bus frequesncy. Once you
set this inside the BIOS it will come up as 1600.
