Mouse Problem
Got a user who is losing his mouse functionality on his laptop. When
he reboots, the pointer will not move with the attached mouse or the pad on the laptop. He shuts down, takes his battery out and reboots again and everything works. I also got it working one time by doing a Windows Update which I think installed a video driver. Any ideas?
