Default CCL - not quite what I expected ...

Ordered late on Thurs, over a £1000's worth of kit, and have requested a
'premium' delivery of pre 10:30

Payment accepted, order taken.

So, I anticipate delivery today, Monday ... after all the web site
states: (typo left in)

"Delivers in the UK are usually sent by Initial City Link for next
working day delivery. This is subject to payment clearance and stock
availability, and is not guaranteed."

OK, not guaranteed, but payment cleared, goods were in stock, and the
order would have 'hit' them at start of business Friday.

Email received today from CCL after i enquired when delivery might be:
"Your goods should be with you within 2-3 working days"

I guess i got the "not guaranteed" part of the deal then....

More to do with it being the first order i imagine, credit card clearance
etc. first order always takes ages, same with dabs etc. once you have a
proven account though the 10.30 thing should be no problem.
They should make that more clear on the site imo

Hi Tx2, when your good come back into stock, you will get a 10:30am nextday
delivery.

I dont bother with the 10:30am nextday delivery option, as i always get a
guarenteed 10:30am nextday delivery, by just taking the standard 2-3day
option if the good are in stock.

I am based in Central Scotland.
