Default Voltage for Barton 2500+ ?

Is it necessary to up the voltage on a Barton 2500+ ? I presently run it at
1.65 and 2.14 ghz, my temps on a normal day are 42C idle 51C load, system
temp on a hot day goes to 34C with FSB set to 174 mhz on the memory.
Is there folk running Barton 2500+ at 3000+ speed WITHOUT upping the
voltage?? How much should the voltage be upped if I want to go to a stable
3000+ overclock??
TIA
Patrick
