Default DVD run error

I have a Nvidia MX400 w/ TV out and am running Win 98SE. When I try to
run certain DVD's I get a message telling me "This copy protected disk
can not be played when the TV out Function is enabled". I'm using the
lastest rev of PowerDVD XP 4.0. I am wondering if anyone knows how to
get around this or how to disable the TV out Function on the video
card. I have been unable to find any technical documentation on how to
remove this function.
