Default Firefox and frames

Can't remember if it was here that I read it or not, but was someone =
having troubles with Firefox and text wrapping outside of frames when =
their resolution and dpi were at their native resolution? My son put =
Firefox on his computer, put it back up at the native resolution (he has =
a dell inspiron 6000 and ws having troubles with graphics in IE) and =
found that the text was very small, which happens.......he enlarged the =
text and then found that it tried to wrap outside of the frames in pages =
that he went to. I wanted to fix it and couldn't remember where I read =
that someone had done that.
