MB Suggestion for PVR

I've been searching through the ASUS website for a MB that will suit my needs for a PVR but have been having troulbe finding one with all the right specs. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Here are the specs I'm looking at:
MicroATX size
Onborad audio & video of a decent quality (I'm going to start using these but could add cards later)
TV-Out capability
Serial port (to control a digital cable box)

I haven't been able to find a board that has all of these. Most are either missing the serial port or the TV-Out.
