Default How do I configure RAID on a FC5300? Is there a console?

Hello All. I just purchased an EMC Clariion FC5300 (also known as
Dell 650F). I've got an 005-044993 RAID storage processor--w/ lots of
cache. I've got Cable/HyperTerm plugged into RJ12.. 9600/8/1/even,
hardware flow control----but nothing comes up. I can see a cursor
pause when I press a key in hyperterminal, but that's it?! Can anyone
tell me what I need to do the get the console to come up so I can
configure the RAID features of the SP? If I'm missing the boat and
the RJ12 isn't for configuring the device--please tell me what the
real answer is, and feel free to call me 'thick'. Thanks in advance
for any/all comments. Leo.

Bring in EMC and pay them for it.
Or I can come in and do it for much cheaper. :-)
