Default Preserio S4300NX CPU Upgrade

Hi All,

I have a Preserio S4300NX. The motherboard is a OEM of Asus P4SD-LA. It
comes with a P4 2.4 GHz HT CPU. I would like to upgrade the CPU perhaps to
P4 3.2E Prescott with 1M of cache.

I emailed Compaq/HP support ask the question and the answer I got back is
"To upgrade your Compaq computer's processor, I recommend that you take the
computer to the nearest HP Authorized Support Provider".

Anyone knows if the board will support Precott CPU?

Thanks,
