Default IE11

The IE11 update breaks gadgets in Win 7, and the Win 7 gadget page says
gadgets are discontinued. The page then talks about Win 8 and how wonderful
it is.

It seems like another Win 8 marketing push with part of the strategy being,
'selectively break things in Win 7'.

MS' reorg has cleaned out the old guard, the win folks, and brought in
phone/tablet people. So, I expect quality to drop for non-phone/tablet
devices. There is nothing more satisfying then having a product like Win 8
shoved down your gullet.
