Default 2.66 GHz Xeon 533 MHz: How to find the sSpec (SL6VM or SL6YP) on the box (or chip) of D1 stepping - Please help :)

Hello,
I need to get a 2.66 GHz Xeon 533 MHz with D1 stepping.

The sSpec for these is SL6VM or SL6YP depending on manufacture run.

How do you find the stepping marked on the chip itself or the box?

In other words, where is this sStep information?

Thank you to anyone who responds )

It's usually on the sticker no the CPU box and on the CPU itself. The
sticker on the box will usually have a 'product code' that ends with the S
spec.
