Default OCUK - Refundable Delivery?

Just had a PSU die, got an RMA number, and am about to send it off to them.

I believe I can claim back the cost of the return postage?

Can anyone clarify this for me, please?

Regards,
Dave

Good luck with that.

In my last (and ultimately final) encounter with them they took 3 months to
'action' (their words) the refund for a damaged-on-arrival heatsink and then
a further 6 weeks to refund the return postage costs.

If that's overclockers.uk, then it's a very different experience from mine.
So far, they've been the best supplier I've come across.
And I don't even work for them.
