Default Newbie: Splitting Acronis Image File to fit on DVD - possible?

I was wondering if this is doable. I backed up my notebook's hard drive
that took 12GB onto it's own hard drive and then transferred it over via
wireless connection to my desktop. I now wish to burn the .tib file
onto DVD, probably 3 or 4 dvd's? How do I accomplish this so that
Acronis knows when to ask me to insert the next DVD? Or should I forget
about it and buy another hard drive and an external case and transfer
the image their?

Tia.

You tell it to split the file at image file creation time.

No need.
