Default 45 GB HD-DVD hits back at Blu-ray !!!!

Linux, the "free OS" that was supposed to wipe out Windows, according to the
zealots.

It turns out BSD/OSX overtook Linux years ago, and Windows is still going
strong.

RedHat turned that "free OS" into a cash cow by charging as much for server
versions as Microsoft does. That's the only reason Dell has interest in
RedHat.

Conservative slime bag (for not supporting AMD and using Intel
exclusively) Michael Dell has just invested $99 million in Red Hat.
Gives you an idea of the impact Linux is having when you can get
a stolid joke like him to invest.

Rubbish .

It turns out BSD/OSX overtook Linux years ago,

Proof ? considering bsd is generally accepted as Linux I would be
amused to hear hear you definition
and Windows is still going
strong.

Questionable , still in use yes but going is the time between problems .

Support is charged for yes but so what , you expect it for free ?

"Overtook" in what way?

Redhat is not the only source for Linux. If you are basing your contention
that BSD/OSX "overtook" Linux on Redhat's sales figures you are
underestimating the installed base of Linux probably by an order of
magnitude or more.
