wanted to know the RAM address of the GDT and IDT tables, also the
code segment address.
pls suggest any book or give me some details about it.

The address of the IDT and GDT can be anywhere in memory, and their
starting address pointer is loaded into the processor using the LIDT and
LGDT instructions in Protected Mode.
