Most PC shops have TFT wipes, but failing that:

lint free cloth, soak it in water then remove as much from it as possible,
then wipe VERY gently accross the surface and use another one to dry.

I use a mixture of 1/2 water, 1/2 70% isopropyl alcohol (ie. rubbing
alcohol). Use cotton balls dampened and thoroughly wrung out; I gently
clean the screen, then immediately dry it with a dry cotton ball. I
have one laptop screen that I've cleaned this way every month for 6
years and it's still in perfect shape. I do it with the machine off,
of course, and allow it to dry overnight before turning it back
on.....
