Default P4PE cold boot problem resolved?

Has the issue where the P4PE doesn't boot been resolved? Back a few
months ago (when the P4PE was the hot new board), there was lots of talk
about the problem, but I don't remember ever seeing a cause or a solution.

I am still enjoying my P4PE, but at times it has the cold boot problem.
I don't think this board is going to have good resale value with
this problem. I can live with the problem as it happens infrequently
but ...

Thanks
Russell
