Default Help: Simply making music

Hello,

A while ago I used a tracker program called Modplug
to make breakbeats. Since then I've got a proper synth
with MIDI out, pitch bend and modulation. I want to
use this in the same way as my 'old' MIDI keyboard
but take full advantage of features such as pitch bend.
I find I can't do this (

I want a tracker that can use a MIDI synth to use
wav samples flexibily (bend pitch / modulate)

help!

James
