Default Dabs...updating email address has been broken for a week

Has anyone else been able to change their registered email address with
dabs ?

I've tried about 10 times this last week, and each time I hit "submit" I
get a response to the effect that there has been an internal error and
that there is no need to contact them as the system has automatically
generated an error report.

Fine and dandy, but without being able to change my registered email
address I can't order as I no longer have access to the old address that
is registered with dabs and thus I won't be able to receive the order
confirmation or invoice that will be sent.

So if there is no need to contact them, how the HELL do I resolve the
issue, other than ordering from simply ?

Regards

Ian

How about signing up as a new customer? Is there a reason why not? Usually
works for me!

Go for Simply. Had excellent service from them, but dire service from Dabs!
