dvd to dvd-r
Have 2 hds master and slave on ide 1
have a dvd-r as master on ide 2 want to add a pioneer dvd rom which is the 120s which is udma66 where should i fit it? is it ok on the same ide as the dvd-r ( also pioneer) cheers |

depends on how you use them. if you transfer from one hard drive to the
other a lot it would be best to split them up and if you intend to try to copy from the dvd-rom straight to the dvd-rw it would be best to split them up but if you plan mostly to copy from the hard drives to the dvd-rw it would be best not to have the dvd-rw on the same ide as a hard drive unless you only plan on writing files from one of the hard drives to the dvd-rw most of the time then just make sure that hard drive isn't the one that shares an ide with the dvd-rw..
