Misco have poor customer service

This company deserves to go out of business. I ordered a wireless hub
+ free PCMCIA wireless card from them, and they send me a USB memory
dongle instead. They charge me for the much more expensive kit I
ordered (I paid by CC), and after 25 (yes, 25) phone calls and emails
later it is still not sorted out. Very poor customer service. Avoid.

I've ordered quite a lot of stuff from Misco over the past few years and
I've always received very good service from them - in fact that's the main
reason I kept going back to them. I suppose one bad experience like yours
would have been enough to put me off them though.

Would disagree completely, and as I've never seen you post here
before, I'm afraid your opinion won't stop me buying from them in
future. I'd suggest Misco could teach dabs et al loads about customer
service.
