Default PING : ARIA ... Celeron chips

Are the Celeron chips that Aria sell OEM or Retail?

I would prefer to buy with an approved h/s and fan (retail) than source
separately.

2000's and 2200 are defiantly retail at the moment.

Others are a mixture so wouldn't like to say for sure.
