Can someone tell me how critical this is and what it means.. thanx.

It means that the laptop mounted in your symm or connectrix or one of the
processing boards of your clariion has failed. In the case of the symm and
connectrix, it means that you can't manage the box and that you can't get
alerts if anything else happens. If it's a clariion, you've lost half your
processing power and your dedundancy is shot.

Either way, i'd mark it "critical".
