Is VLC 3.0.3 for Windows 7?

From the official VLC web page: Windows requirements VLC runs on all versions of Windows, from Windows XP SP3 to the last version of Windows 10. If for some reason you don't like 3.0.3 I still have 2.2.8 and 3.0.0 on my hard drive.
