Default Copying Gracenote track info into my own database

I have a simple database of my CD library in Excel, that goes back
years - and I don't have an iPod etc so am not interested in having all
this in iTunes just yet. I'm looking for a way to copy identified
"Various" track & artist names from Gracenote into my spreadsheet. I
have Easy CD Creator 5 which will call up this info, but it won't copy
as text. I mean I could do a printscreen and use OCR, but is there an
easier way?

Use Transrecord CD Information - a free application - put cd in drive,
program gets track info from Gracenote, click "copy to clipboard" to put
listing in clipboard, then paste into target application.
