Default Sapphire Radeon 7000 64MB crashing and too light

A few weeks ago my Radeon 7000 started acting all funky. First it started
crashing out of 3D games. I thought it was the game so I tried to reinstall
but then I noticed that even outside the games the screen is lighter than
normal sometimes. When I click around the Display settings it will flicker
to the proper darkness, then back to being way to light? I did play around
with a video card overclocker for a couple days but I made sure that it was
never overclocked to the point that artifacts appeared on the screen? Could
that of messed it up? What's going on?

Thanks for your help,
Mitchua
