Default Windows crash/bad pool request/ in ATI TV WONDER USB driver

when capturing video screenshots my Windows crashes and reboots,
saying The System has recovered from a Serious Error.
I ran WinDbg on the Minidump and it showed it was in ATIUTD. Is this a
problem in the ATI driver?
The problem happens after running for a few hours doing lots of screen
captures (stills).
Driver version in Device Mgr , ATI TV Wonder USB2.0 Videao & Audio,
Driver says Date 1/25/2005, version 6.14.10.6317
Looks like latest according to ATI website
