Intel - AMD, what's equivalent?

with the best as i did, get the P4 3.46 extreme edtion which has 1066
FSB

The bottom of the line Athlon 64 2800+ would be a rough comparison with
the A64 beating the P4 in most test.

The Athlon 64 FX55 will also beat the the 3.4GHz P4EE and for less money..
