Well, fingers crossed, touch wood, throw salt over left shoulder, stand
underneath pigeon etc... raising MCH voltage by 0.2V seems to have done the
trick. It's still a bit annoying that it's needed, but at least it will save
me packing this board up and sending it back. Now to cancel the RMA! :-)
