Default Random Restart = PSU?

I'm 99% sure it's the power supply unit. I know for sure it isn't the RAM or
Video Card, both work in other machines.

Just threw all my old stuff in a used barebones unit I bought from someone
(Gateway AMD 950 with 250W PSU, CPU, Mobo, & Csse). Everything works great,
except it likes to restart at random, a lot. I can get into CMOS, one of the
times it restarted itself I was in there. Anyway, I had it running with the
side of the case off it when it restarted itself like 4 times and I smelled
slight burning. Stuck my head in the case and it was coming from the PSU
(turned it off real fast). So I'm thinking the PSU is toast? Or could me
having some wires hooked wrong cause this? I checked all my pin 1's and such
I think it's right...I dunno, just don't wanna go buy a new PSU if I don't
have to.

Here are the specs (different CDROM, Video Card, & HD though):

I had the same problem, and switching out the PSU fixed that ...
