Default part table, boot sector-enough for partition recognition?

due to deleted hdd mbr,boot sector there is lost fat32 partition 1,
(only part2 visible in norton disk editor)..
-put an entry in partition table for part1:
80h,start.cyl.head.sec=0.1.1, type=0B,endchs=start.chs.part2-1,
start.lba=63, number of sectors=start.lba.part2-63(part 2, 100%
sustartchs=266,1,1 ,lbastart=2145024)
-and also put in boot sector of part1:
512,8,32,2,64,,f8..typical fat32 boot parameter block values
however part1 still not visible in norton de or dos, any ideas or
corrections?
(although using advanced recovery and virtual disk you could see data)
