Thats what I ran my (unlocked) xp2400 on a nf7-s (nforce2)
ended up at a stable 200x 11, just before I replaced it with a barton 2600.

Check to see if your 2400 is pre week 39/40 (multiplier locked after that i
think)

Even if it's unlocked, he won't be able to lower the miltiplier below 13
with that board without another mod, either to cpu or pinmod.
