Default D975XBX and Pentium D 965
I have Intel D975XBX motherboard and Pentium D 965 processor . But
processor only runs at 3.20 GHz no matter what I do to the multiplier.
I tried 13 ,14 ,15 and 16 with no luck. What am I doing wrong? Any help
would be really appreciated.
