Don't know about that model specifically, but Brother stuff is generally
great.

I agree. I replaced a HP LaserJet 1100A that was ~15 yrs old with a
HL-5450DN.

I have setup and used many Brother B&W lasers but no experience w/colour
Brother lasers.
